Exemptions from Warranty

Mystim warranty does not cover certain scenarios, including but not limited to:

  • Defects caused by inappropriate usage, such as connecting the device to an improper electrical current or voltage, using unsuitable power sources, or damage due to accidental falls.
  • Normal wear and tear that only minimally affects the device's operational utility is not covered by the warranty.
  • Unauthorised intervention or repairs, or the use of non-original parts, will void the warranty.

How to Utilise the Warranty

If your product experiences a defect that falls under the warranty, please send the defective device along with the original purchase receipt to one of the authorised Mystim service partners or directly to Mystim GmbH.

  • This warranty is the primary and exclusive remedy for issues covered by its terms. No other claims are valid under the provisions of this warranty, unless our liability is based on legal statute.
  • Claims against the dealer based on the terms of the purchase agreement do not affect this warranty.
